Job One at Bibles For Russia is "planting and growing churches" across the former Soviet Union. However on the way to Church, we get involved in a lot of related humanitarian aid projects; in particular ministry to orphans and street children.
Street children are rescued from their miserable living conditions (sewers, abandoned buildings, etc.)
Orphans are fed, clothed, taught the Bible, and cared for by full time Christian workers supported exclusively by Bibles For Russia.
Summer camp experience is offered to both groups. Many see God's world up close for the first time, and many trust Christ as Lord and Savior for the first time.
Mark McCroskey now serves the Lord Jesus with Bibles for Russia as Director of Children's Ministries. Following a four month work assignment in Ukraine, May to September 2008, working with over 5,000 orphans and street children, he will return to the mission's home base and engage in presenting the needs of such children to our friends and partners around the world. There are several million such children across the former Soviet Union, and we can do something significant in reaching at least some of them with physical, social and spiritual help.

They along with other volunteers will perform all maintenance needed as well as furnish and operate the orphanage for 110 orphans and 25 staff. The building and 4 acres are available to us for only $50,000. Please pray about taking advantage of this opportunity.
